Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing you have read, understood and agree with our terms and conditions. We have the right to change prices, information and availability without notice.

All items are sold subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the item you ordered, you should receive a phone call or email within 48 hours of the order being placed. We will suggest an alternative item for you, or if required a full refund will be given if payment has been taken.

Postage and Packaging charges are not included in the price shown. Mainland UK orders under £100 will incur a £7.50 delivery charge. All other delivery destination charges are shown on our Delivery Charges page and will be automatically added to your order in the shopping cart.

Payment and Taxes
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and American Express. The payment is taken through a secure online environment. All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. Orders that are both placed and delivered outside of the EC will not be charged VAT. Any charges incurred once the parcel has reached the destination country are your sole responsibility.

Delivery Information
All our products are sent via a recorded and insured method either by courier or Royal Mail. We try to deliver to you within the timeframe shown for each individual product. This will range between next day delivery to 4 weeks as virtually all products are made to order unless they are in stock.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have a 7 day period from the receipt of your product to cancel and return the item. If you wish to return an item you should notify us either by email or by letter to cancel your order. This should contain your order number and product title. The item must be returned to us unopened, undamaged and in its original box and all packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend you send all packages via a recorded and insured method as we will not be liable for any returned items that we have not received. If the product is not returned in immaculate condition and is unable to be sold as a perfect item complete with packaging we will reject your claim for a refund. After the 7 day period we have the right to refuse unwanted items.

Products that have been commissioned or are special ordered items are excluded from our standard returns policy.

If there has been an error on our part we will rectify this at our own costs.

Damaged Goods
If you have a damaged product it has to be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. You should contact us and give full details of the defect, once we have recognised the fault. We will then offer to collect and exchange it for a new one or offer you a refund.

Data Protection & Marketing Policies
We take all possible precautions to keep your personal details secure. Unless we are proven negligent we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of this data. By entering your email and address into our website, you are agreeing we can send you offers and marketing through email and by post. If you do not wish to receive this information please email us and ask for your details to be removed from our database.
